摘 要：从中国传统文化资源的角度论述了中国传统文化在现代管理中的体现和运用,分析和探讨了传统文化与现代管理体系有机契合的问题,认为我国现代化管理应该吸收中国传统文化的精髓，促进我国管理的发展。
ABSTRACT: From the angle of Chinese traditional cultural resources, this paper discusses on the externalization and application of Chinese traditional culture in the modern management, analyzes on and probes into the organic agreement of the traditional culture with the modern management system, and holds that our country’s modern management should absorb the quintessence of Chinese traditional culture for promoting the development of our country’s management.
